Subject: New EUREF station VLNS


Dear Colleagues,

I am glad to announce that from March 07 on, a new permanent GPS station in
Lithuania (VLNS) will be included in the EUREF network.

This station is operated by the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.  The
complete site log can be retrieved from the EUREF permanent network Central
Bureau: ftp://ftpserver.oma.be/pub/astro/euref/station/log

The data are available at OSO local data centre (LDC).

GOP, NKG and WUT have agreed to include VLNS in their routine analysis for
EUREF. We expect to see the results in the EUREF combined solution from GPS
WK 1000 on.
